Who am I?

Taylor Ivany grew up in London, Ontario and now calls Mount Brydges home, where she lives with her husband, fellow Realtor Jeremy Ivany, their daughter, beagle, and two cats. She loves the sense of community that small-town living offers — knowing your neighbours, supporting local businesses, and still being just minutes from the amenities of London.

Taylor began investing in multifamily real estate in Chatham-Kent in 2019, gaining firsthand experience in building long-term wealth through property ownership. That investor-first perspective led her to become a licensed Realtor in 2022. Today, she works with families looking to upsize and investors seeking strategic opportunities, bringing a strong understanding of numbers, systems, and long-term planning to every transaction.

Working alongside her business partner Lara, Taylor is known for her organization, thoughtful communication, and steady approach during major life transitions. In addition to real estate, she also supports women as a birth and postpartum doula — reflecting her passion for walking alongside families in seasons of growth.

Outside of work, you’ll find Taylor playing volleyball or soccer, camping with her family, or spending time outdoors in the community she’s proud to serve.
