Who am I?

We’re Jelena Lazic & Dejan Cvetkovic, the team behind Homes with JD. We proudly serve London, Ontario and surrounding communities, helping clients buy, sell, and lease homes and condos with a simple goal: make the process feel clear, supported, and stress-free (because it can get overwhelming fast).

Dejan plays a hands-on role on the client side, helping with showings, meeting with clients, networking, and making the experience feel comfortable and easy. He’s social, approachable, and great at connecting with people, which helps clients feel supported and confident throughout the search and viewing process.

For buyers, we focus on finding the right fit while also protecting you on the business side: understanding value, reviewing the details, managing conditions, and negotiating strategically so you can move forward with confidence. For sellers, we combine a strong pricing strategy with thoughtful preparation and marketing, including guidance on staging and presentation, professional visuals, and a plan designed to get maximum exposure and strong results. For leases, we help landlords and tenants navigate the process carefully, with clear expectations and strong documentation so everything is handled properly.
